I have used my normal password, the password on the side of the router, and nothing works. And on top of that since April 6, I have been unable to get my email on outlook. I just read an answer to this elsewhere, plugged in the security key and it connected. But it won't download emails since April 6.
New laptop won't accept network security key. I bought a new HP laptop, windows 11. I need an internet connection to begin setup. The network shows up, it won't accept the security key. I can't get beyond the internet setup phase to even use anything, no task bar or settings access. This thread is locked.
